サーモンのホイル焼き

　サーモンの料理レシピ　　　『Salmon Baked in Foil』 　　　　　　　　　　 
 
今回は『サーモン』のレシピの紹介です。
これは、イタリアン風のホイル焼きですね。
結構簡単にできちゃます。 

アメリカでも、サーモンは人気のある食材で、スパーではもちろん、
レストンなどでもグリルされたサーモンのレシピは結構あります。

目安時間としては、下準備などの時間も入れて、４０～５０分くらいです。
では早速レシピへ～～～



☆Salmon Baked in Foil☆



☆Ingredient☆

Samon--------------------------4 (100-110g)
Olive oil ---------------------2 teaspooms plus 2 tablespoons
Tomato-------------------------3
Shallots-----------------------2
Lemon juice--------------------2 tablespoons
Dried oregano------------------1 teaspoon
Dried thyme--------------------1 teaspoon
Salt and black pepper


☆preparation☆

Tomatoes-------------chooped or 1(400g)can chopped tomatoes,drained
shallots-------------chopped
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C


☆recipe☆

1,Sprinkle samon with 2 teaspoons olive oil,salt,and pepper.

2,Stir the tomatoes,shallots,2 tablespoons of oil,lemon juice ,
oregano,thyme,salt and pepper in a medium bowl to blend.

3,Place a salmon fillet,oiled side down,atop a sheet of foil.

4,Wrap the ends of the foil to form a spiral shape.

5,Spoon the tomato mixture over the samon.

6,Fold the sides of the foil over the fish and tomato mixture,
covering completely,seal the packets closed.

7,Place the foil packet on a heavy large baking sheet.

8,Repeat until all of the salmon have been individually wrapped
in foil and placed on the baking sheet.

10,Bake until the salmon is just cooked through,about 25 minutes.

11,Using a large metal spatula,transfer the foil packets to
plates and serve.


今回のレシピは簡単ですが、ゴージャスに見える一品です。
アメリカではよく、見栄えの良い物をなんでも『ゴージャス』 と言って褒めますね。

それが、食品や家具、服飾用品や人にでも使います。
ちなみに、スペルは『Gorgeous』です。

英語では、一つの単語ですべてに使える物が多いので、一つを覚えると
使い回しができるのがいい感じです。
